if you need something for a special occasion/specific date, please let me know before you make your purchase and i will let you know if it's possible or not.

*WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING HIGHER VOLUME ORDERS ON MADE TO ORDER PIECES SO TIME IT TAKES TO MAKE/SHIP IS LONGER THAN WHAT IS NORMALLY IS SUGGESTED ON DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND ESPECIALLY FOR HOLIDAY PLANNING OF OUTFITS AND GIFTS

all girl on a vine pieces are specially made to order (never mass produced) therefore please allow 5-15 business days to make once order is placed, and can take longer during holidays and or special promos so please keep this in mind when placing your orders.

if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase (dusters/kimonos/jackets) you can contact us immediately and we will offer EXCHANGES or STORE CREDIT ONLY, no refunds.

Vintage items are FINAL SALE as are items in Valesca's Closet

our bottoms take approximately 10 -15 business days (could be longer during our busy holiday months & special promos) and are FINAL SALE so please read description and measurements carefully and feel free to ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE. because they are made to order we can make them any length and or lower or higher rise you like, just contact us with specifications as soon as you place your order. Please note our sizes are Contemporary not Junior so they run larger than Junior sizing, meaning we are generous with our fabrics :)

SHIPPING:

girl on a vine offers FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on orders over $399.

we currently ship from USA via UPS or USPS Priority on domestic orders which takes approximately 1-5 days depends on your location.

international orders are shipped via USPS to Australia which takes 7-20 days & DHL EXPRESS or UPS to Europe which takes 3-5 days to arrive and a little longer to certain countries.

Once your order is shipped you will be sent an email with tracking number. We are not responsible for lost packages, you will have to contact the shipping company to file a claim in the rare case this happens.

Buyers are responsible for customs or duty fees if applicable.

Please be sure to add a phone number when checking out in case the carrier needs to contact you regarding your shipment.

This is a one woman band aka small business run by myself Valesca. I handle 90% of the making, 100% of the sourcing, packaging, emailing, photography, social media, etc etc. etc etc etc. Whilst it may be true that the online shop is open 24 hours a day, I am not. I will respond to any emails/dms/or other inquiries monday through friday west coast times 9:00 am - 5 p.m.

Good things take time and your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated...and according to all my repeat customers, well worth it.
