Both pieces (cape & pants) stand on their own and can be worn SO MANY WAYS!
Cape is one size to fit most and the neckline has an elastic inserted all around which creates pretty gathering ...if too tight it can be easily taken to a tailor to open and insert a longer elastic. Pants have elastic and draw cord and as mentioned are fully cut on bias to fit most as well.
